At the center of today's spread is the Hanged-Man, and maybe not the worst card to see as we go into the weekend.
The Knight of Cups came in with a creative spirit and the energy to begin the manifestation process. This charming crow carries with him the ideas and inspiration to create something magical and because of this he often leaves everyone he meets with a feeling of purpose and exhilarated by the prospect of fulfilling a dream.
But not so fast...
The Hanged Man arrives as there is some unfinished personal work that needs to be addressed before the idea will be fully realized. The crow hangs from the blossoming cherry tree, secure that life will indeed go on, but a break is needed to work out how best to proceed, whether it is by removing any self-limiting beliefs that will block progress or take a look at the situation from a different angle, something of value will come from the break. Although the crow can free itself at any time, instead it sees this as an opportunity to lean into a period of suspension as something important will come out of it, something that will create a better result in the end.
The crow at the center of the World is celebrating a victory, a major life project or event has been completed and has left the crow in a very fortuitous position.
Beginning with the imaginative Knight of Cups to a time of reflection, the journey will seem long, but in the end, it will prove to be a success.
The energy I get from this spread, and trust me - I am not the most patient person when it comes to getting ideas out there... is to take the time to really assess the situation and try to see it from every angle. The Knight of Cups is filling you will enthusiasm and ideas - there is much in the way of creative thinking here, the Hanged Man suggests using some of that creativity to explore all the different options available as well as any areas where you are feeling stuck. The World follows the Hanged Man and brings the affirmation that with time and reflection - the result will be a success and not just a minor blip on our journey through life, but a big one.
