There is an energy building that brings comfort and stability to your situation. with solutions being folded into the mix of activity so that you keep a steady momentum moving forward.
The mother crow is perfectly perched on her throne where she creates an energy of love and abundance. She is not a frugal bird, no she offers all those around her access to her riches as she is capable of creating more when she needs. This creature is at the heart kind, non-judgmental and generous.
With the Queen of Pentacles in the past position, you were influenced during your youth or perhaps more recently by a someone with a maternal nature - someone who wanted nothing more than to see you succeed. This person may have supplied you with the financial support to go after a dream - they may have offered their time to mentor you - whoever this person is - their big heart is unmistakable.
The Queen of Pentacles is the giver of life and because of her support - inside of you a seed grows, one that when properly cared for will blossom into a goal or dream realized.

You may feel as though you have found success and in many ways you have - however, this is merely a plateau as you have been able to elevate your comfort or security level and are ready to launch upward when you are ready and if you so choose.
The crow is in constant motion as it keeps everything moving along at a comfortable pace.

Things are moving along at a nice even pace and because of this, you are able to manage your responsibilities in stride.
