General Three Card Crow Tarot Reading - Monday August 20th

Crow Tarot Reading

Good morning!

If you have been plugging away at a project and it feels as though it will never end as there seems to be task after task to complete - resist cutting corners or taking an easy way out as your reputation is on the line. Unlike with the Seven of Swords that supports being a bit cunning - the Seven of Wands is here with a warning: if you do let your integrity slip in order to finish something more quickly - you may find yourself defending your decision.

The crow stands proudly in the victory circle - a place it worked hard to obtain and as a result of the crow's dedication and skill it earned the respect and admiration of its peers.

The foundation for your situation today is the Six of Wands representing a past success, one that gave you confidence in your skills and the belief that you are capable of doing more. This was a time when those around you were especially supportive of your goals and admired your achievements. Perhaps it was during your school years as a star athlete or valedictorian or you took the lead in the school play - maybe it was a situation at work that earned you the praise of your co-workers and the leadership team - at some point, you have felt the intoxicating energy of being in the spotlight.

This past success was a launching off point and because of this experience, you were able to feel comfortable taking on the next bigger challenge.

The crow is mastering its technique as it completes another perfect pentacle. Although the bird has grown and has become more skilled as a result of each task - there is still much to learn and more work to do before the crow can claim success.

At the heart of today's reading is the Eight of Pentacles - this is an energy of working and striving for a goal. Momentum is building and although you aren't quite done yet - you have a clear vision of what finality looks like in regards to your current situation. With every task completed you gain more strength and you feel more empowered to move forward - obstacles are less overwhelming as your mindset has shifted from fear or worry over a task to that of determination - there is nothing stopping you.

If you have been feeling a sense that you are never going to reach the end - the Eight of Pentacles serves as a reminder that you are growing and with each day you get a bit closer to your goal, you are on the right track - just stay focused.

The crow stands at the top of a cliff - his footing, however, isn't as stable as it should be and because of this, he has left an opening for those who feel his position was not earned to question his place at the top.

With the Seven of Wands coming through this morning - you may find an opportunity to cut corners or to take the easy route in completing a task, in doing so you may open yourself up to being challenged by someone who disagrees with your methods or questions your integrity.

With the Six of Wands in your past you earned acclaim or was the center of attention for something you achieved - because of this you are now on a new path, one that in the end will lead to a greater success - it is important that you take each step in stride and not try to rush through the progress as it may cause some around you who may already be looking for a reason to criticize your efforts to challenge you.

If you rose to the top at your job and received a promotion - be on the lookout for someone who is ready to find a fault in anything you do.

The Seven of Wands brings friction to the situation and the best way to ease it is to stay true to yourself, do the best that you can every day and be careful of those who may be looking for an opportunity to throw you off your game and knock you down a peg. You've got this - stay focused on your dream as you are heading towards making it a reality.

“The Four Agreements
1. Be impeccable with your word.
2. Don’t take anything personally.
3. Don’t make assumptions.
4. Always do your best. ”

Peace!
