General three card Crow Tarot Reading - Tuesday October 30th

Crow Tarot Reading

Good morning!

It may seem like a project or situation is much harder than you thought or is a never-ending struggle and trust me - right now I can relate - however, if you have all the tenacity of a crow hellbent on opening a clam - you will, in the end, find your reward.

From a distance the bundle of wands caught the crow's eye - it was perfectly bundled just waiting for someone to come along and scoop it up. What appeared small in the distance quickly grew to a daunting size as the bird clutched the string and tried to lift the wands off the ground. The crow at this point faced a dilemma - let go of the treasure is desired or take on the powerful force of gravity and fight for what it wants.

The energy at the foundation of today's reading is that of feeling overwhelmed or burdened by a situation - it is because of this that your current situation is where it is today.  You may have dug your heels in and are looking for solutions to successfully obtain the thing you desire, or you may be feeling the weight of your dreams and fear that the idea or project is too massive for you to handle.

Regardless of which position you find yourself today - the root can be traced back to taking on something that may on the surface seemed like an easy task but in the end is proving to be far more challenging.

The crow has finished many tasks on its way to a successful completion - but there is still work to be done and although the sun is high there are some clouds dimming the light - making the work a bit harder. Although it may be tempting to call it a day - the crow knows that if it can push through and finish the final task the outcome will be worth the effort.

At the heart of today's reading is the Nine of Wands - this comes through as a reminder that you have come so far and have worked so hard that if you can just muster a little bit more energy the task will be complete and you will be grateful that you didn't throw all that work away for not.

The Nine of Wands is like that friend who cheers you on and runs with you to keep you motivated during the last leg of a race. You've got this! It is an acknowledgment of the struggle it took to get to this moment - take a moment to pat yourself on the back - grab a well-earned treat from the Halloween candy stash you have hidden for tomorrow evening - and get back to work!

Because when you do - when you call up that inner grittiness within you and push through - you will find success - your wish will be granted.

The content crow stands on its heap of treasures. The sun is high and the bird has plenty of time to enjoy the fruits of its labor. Although this crow does enjoy cawing about its success - it is because it worked hard to achieve it and isn't so much arrogant as it is proud.

The Nine of Cups brings with it the feeling that comes from realizing a dream. It is a wash of gratitude that just overwhelms you - in a good way. When you take on a big task - a big reward is more likely however it isn't going to be easy. By using your creativity to find solutions to make the tasks along the way easier and when you stick to your plan -despite the what may seem to be an endless number of tasks ahead of you - that thing that you want will manifest.

The Nine of Cups is the wish fulfilled card - it brings an energy to the surface of knowing that what you desire you already possess - you just need to put the work in to obtain it.

It's like the crow and the clamshell. IT knows inside there is food - it can't see the food but it knows that if it takes the time and effort to break the shell - it will be rewarded.

Whatever you desire - if it brings good into the world if it adds more positivity - the Universe (I wholeheartedly believe this) will help you - it will open doors, pop ideas into your head, and give you the stamina to keep going because goddess knows...we need a lot more love and positivity on this planet right about now.

"Humans are creatures of habit. If you quit when things get tough, it gets that much easier to quit the next time. On the other hand, if you force yourself to push through it, the grit begins to grow in you." ~ Travis Bradberry
