Garden of Enchanted Creatures (back) Altar Board

I created this altar board to bring a little extra magic into my home. While designing the backs for the Garden of Enchanted Creatures, my goal was to produce a background that would not only delight but also perfectly complement the deck. As soon as I lifted it from the press, I could feel the board’s energy. Although I considered hanging it, it seemed more fitting to use it with a candle—it possesses a force that seems meant to be harnessed.

The highlight of the board is the praying mantis, a quiet, intuitive creature that encourages you to tap into your inner wisdom. Often seen as a symbol of good fortune and prosperity, the praying mantis is surely a welcome addition to any space.
